Vallorcine is the last village in the Chamonix valley next to the Swiss border. The chalet is located less than 5 minutes walk from the newly opened (this season)telecabin lift linking Vallorcine to the Le Tour ski area.
The chalet is situated in the heart of the village facing south with good views of the wooded valley. The chalet was built in 1997.
The chalet comprises three bedrooms, one ensuite, a large openplan
living/dining area with woodburning stove and under floor heating, a hand-built kitchen with Smeg appliances, mezzanine, shower room and jacuzzi bathroom both with Hansgrohe fittings and 3 separate w.cs. It also has a garage, storage room, laundry room, two separate rooms for use as playroom, study etc, a large balcony and a garden. However, one could reconfigure the garden floor level to provide 2 further bedrooms, instead of study, playroom etc, particularly as the shower and a bathroom/WC are on this floor.
It is beautifully presented to a very high standard. In
total there is 160 m2 of habitable space and 443 m2 of terrain.
