Description

This attractive chalet is located in a typical Savoyard hamlet just outside Samoens, a pretty, undiscovered rural valley village, set amid forest with easy access to the extensive alpine region of the Grand Massif. Samoëns is the only winter and summer sports resort in France to be listed as a Historic Monument. Once a thriving stone-cutting centre, it still retains an ancient church, medieval fountains and a variety of old rustic buildings.

The chalet has been built on a large plot - 1200m² - of land roughly 3km500 from the centre of Samoens and it has uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and plenty of sunshine.
