This splendid madrier chalet is situated in a quiet rural position just behind Evian. From the chalet you have fantastic views of Lake Geneva and of Switzerland on the other side of the lake.

There is skiing from the villages of Bernex and Thollon, both 10 minutes drive from the chalet. For more challenging skiing in the Portes du Soleil you can drive to Chatel which is approximately 40 minutes by car. A 5 minute drive takes you to the lake side in Evian. Evian is well known not only for its water but also for having one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe.



The chalet is of a high specification and was built in 1998 by one of the best chalet constructors in the area. It consists of the following:
