Description
The project Le Belvedere consists of the development of 18 lease-back chalets and 4 lease-back apartments close to the heart of the village, ski lifts and slopes of Tignes Les Brévières. Tignes Les Brévières is the original small mountain village that gave its name to the better-known ski resort Tignes, which together with Val dIsère forms the gigantic skiing territory Espace Killy. The traditional village of Les Brévières offers fantastic seasonal skiing with other activities such as walking, skating, swimming and golf. In the main street you will find all the usual mixture of shops, restaurants and other facilities.
The project is a mixture of luxurious Chalets and Apartments, those of the residence "Le Belvédère" will be sold on a lease-back basis. Le Belvédère will have an exclusive health club, with its own reception, indoor pool, fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi. Once purchased the properties will be leased back by an affiliate of the development company and the rental will be organised by them and a vaste network of touroperators. They will provide on site services such as a permanent reception for guest and owners, maintenance, cleaning, skipasses, ski rental, internet acces and shuttle service to other ski resorts, airports and railway stations.
Owners will receive a fixed rental income, regardless of the occupation rates. Purchasers can choose from various rental formulas, depending on their requirements on using the property themselves.
The chalets are designed by a local French architect and drawn on past years of experience of both construction and management. The chalets will be constructed and finished to a high standard. The outer walls are of wood and natural stone and inrternally they will have a spacious living room with stone fireplace - some also include a sauna suite and outdoor Jacuzzi.
