Description
Chalet Bel is a 4 bedroom chalet with great views in Abondance. Abondance has its own small ski area and is linked by bus to the large Portes du Soleil domain. Switzerland is only 20 minutes by road and Geneva airport just over an hour.
This chalet is currently used as a family home. It is solidly built and has a very good "feel". The main road is not far away. This does not cause a great problem. See the IGN map below.
This chalet comes with a large parcel of land and comprises of:
Ground floor: entrance hall, sitting / dining room of 40 m² with chimney, equipped kitchen, shower, WC.
First Floor: a small bedroom, 3 large bedrooms with cupboards 2 with access onto a balcony.
The total living area of the chalet is 140 m². There is 2500 m² of land on which there is a carport and a large shed.
The chalet is heated by an oil fired boiler. There is a septic tank. The local taxes amount to about 700 euros per year.
