This chalet is situated on the popular Chavannes side of Les Gets, 900m from the centre of the village and 50m from the free ski bus stop.

The chalet, built in 2003, is in excellent condition. It is light and airy - The large open plan sitting/dining room has a traditional fireplace and freeview sky TV. Double french windows open out onto an open balcony. On this floor there is also a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with WC.
Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms: 2 double (one ensuite) and one triple. Also a bathroom with WC.

On the lower ground floor there is a double garage and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, double sinks and an ironing board. The garage has a ping-pong table and racks for skis.
