This chalet benefits from an amazing location: at the foot of the pistes giving access to the whole Morzine/Les Gets ski area and beyond. The house has a very sunny aspect, being west-facing and enjoys views of the northern part of Morzine.

The house was built in the 1980s and bought a few years ago by the present owner who intended to refurbish it completely. A building permit was obtained two years ago for a major renovation of the chalet, adding an extra storey.

Work was started but never finished. It would be quite possible to complete it now as planned with a budget of roughly 200 000€ extra. However just a few minor improvements at no great cost would suffice to create a very pleasant home.
