La Grande Terche is an independent ski station in the vast ski area of the Portes du Soleil. During the winter, La Grande Terche village offers 34 km of downhill ski slopes around the wonderful Roc d'Enfer. The resort is only a short drive to the various access points into the huge Portes du Soleil ski circuit at Morzine, Les Gets or Ardent for Avoriaz. During the summer, there are 200 km of sign-posted footpaths taking you to some of the regions most spectacular mountain peaks.
