Description
La Grande Terche is an independent ski station in the vast ski area of the Portes du Soleil. During the winter, La Grande Terche village offers 34 km of downhill ski slopes around the wonderful Roc d'Enfer with beautiful views on the Lake Geneva, "The Dents du Midi" and the Mont-Blanc range. Its also possible to snowshoe in Saint Jean d'Aulps and in the Vallée d'Aulps.
The resort is well located for various access points into the huge Portes du Soleil ski circuit, just a short drive to Morzine, Les Gets or Ardent for Avoriaz.
During the summer, there are 200 km of sign-posted footpaths taking you to some of the regions most spectacular mountain peaks. Many of the paths also explore the Vallée d'Aulps allowing you to discover the different villages, lakes, mountains tops and rich alpine fauna and flora.
The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the ski station, close to shops, restaurants and the telecabine. The apartment benefits from a spacious feel due to the ceiling apexes, and as well as its 28.7m2 of habitable space there is over 4m2 further space under 1.8m high.
