Chalet business, with in house bar, 11 bedrooms and a separate family apartment - located in St Gervais and with stunning views of Mont Blanc.

Chalet Etoile de la Savoie is just a 10min drive from the Geneva – Mont Blanc motorway, situated about 1 km (2-3min drive) from the main St. Gervais telecabine station. It is also just a 5-6min drive from both the “Princess” telecabine between St. Gervais and Megeve (a fast access to the main skiing ridge in the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area), and the Le Chattrix chair lift, which accesses the pistes of St. Nicholas de Veroce.



Currently the chalet is successfully run as a business with up to a maximum of 36 guest beds. There is a separate family apartment and a fully licensed bar with 65 sq.metres of lounge space on the lower floor.



The guest areas include 3 lounges and a dining room, guest accommodation includes:
Room1 - Double with shower room + WC,
Room2 - Double + bunk  with shower room + WC,
Room3 - Double + cot or toddler bed with shower room + WC,
Room4 - 1xbunk with basin,
Room5 - 2xbunks with basin,
Room6 - Double with shower room + WC,
Room7 - Double with shower room + WC,
Room8 - Single plus bunk,

Room9 - Double plus bunk with basin,
Room10 - Double plus bunk with basin,
Room11 - Double plus single plus bunk plus sofa bed with shower room + WC.
NOTE: 4, 5 and 8 share 2 shower rooms with WC, 9 and 10 share a shower and WC.
