	We bought our plot of land in Morzine through Alpine Angels and the process of gaining planning and the building of the chalet proved more straightforward than the building of our house in the UK!. Catharine and her team guided us through the entire process both in dealing with the builders,(Chalet Dutruel, who we would highly recommend), and sorting out the legalities with the notaires. Catharine also put us in contact with a translator who proved invaluable. Other contacts provided made dealing with the financial side of things, both in raising of the finance for our project and sorting out a French bank account very simple. The service has continued after completion as Catharine has always made herself available to answer any queries and has provided us with someone who prepares our chalet for our arrival and closes it down after we have left.
